We ask that all members commit to the following pledge:
I hereby acknowledge that the mission of the ILAW Network is to bring people together in an exchange of information and ideas to promote workers’ rights. I hereby represent that I am a lawyer, legal scholar or workers’ rights advocate who has a personal and professional dedication to the advancement of the rights and interests of workers and their organizations. I further represent that to the extent I represent clients who are not workers or their organizations, I do not and will not represent those clients in any actions against workers and their organizations. I accept that the credentials provided to me for the use of the ILAW website are for my individual use. Accordingly, while I may use the ILAW website in the course of my work consistent with ILAW’s mission, I will not allow my credentials to be used by other individuals.
The dues structure is based on a scale whereby lawyers based in OECD countries pay a higher rate than lawyers based in non-OECD countries. Dues reductions or waivers may be considered on a case by case basis.

Encouraged for those who can afford to pay this amount to help subsidize the lower rate for lawyers in developing countries
$1000 for national level trade unions / law firms (includes membership for 5 lawyers)
$2000 for international/global unions
$500 for NGOs (includes membership for 3 lawyers)
